Now that you have mastered the Pilates Level 2 Workout, you are feeling centered with a stronger powerhouse and more flexibility. It's time to add the Pilates Level 3 workout.
In this Pilates workout, Pilates expert Marjolein Brugman demonstrates how you can add the Magic Circle to The Hundred and to your arm exercises if you like to work your powerhouse a little harder.
Variations are added to the familiar excercises like the Elephant, Long Stretch, Corkscrew and Knee Stretch will vary to challenge you more than in levels 1 and 2.
