"Inside Delivery" It includes delivery during a four-hour window, placement of your purchase in your garage or inside any single level building or home and unpacking. Our team will also handle basic setup and remove any debris and call you to set up a time that would best suite you.
Common Carrier deliveries are curbside delivery only meaning the truck drops your item off at the curb. It is the customers responsibility to transport the product(s) inside, unless you selected "Inside Delivery" with your order. "Inside Delivery" only move from truck to garage or inside any single level building or home. The movers may refuse inside delivery if it is not accessible and will place your product in your garage or any accessible room. Several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office, downstairs or upstairs. Once you receive the tracking information via email, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional shipping services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services. More "Shipping Policy".

At FitnessCor.com, remanufacturing means one thing; a complete process through which a piece of equipment is restored to a level of quality meeting or exceeding original specifications. Once a piece of equipment is shipped to our remanufacturing facilities it is put through a process much like the restoration process of a classic car. The equipment is restored completely, and looks, feels, and most importantly, functions like a brand new piece of equipment. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, the facility is the largest, gym equipment refurbishing/remanufacturing facility of its kind in the world. Comprised of 1 large storage, shipping and distribution warehouse with 18 loading docks, encompassing over 105,000 sq. ft. (over 10,000 sq. meters)
Remanufacturing Process:
Disassemble the equipment. Sandblast the frame to strip off any imperfections. Powder coat the frame and bake it. Rebuild the mechanical and/or electrical systems with brand new parts to match new equipment specifications. Reassemble the equipment. Refinish exterior with paint, seal/finish, decals, etc. Triple Diagnostic Examination is performed by certified specialists to ensure performance. Remanufacturing Facility: We have the largest and most advanced workshop in the Industry. The State-of-the-Art production facility runs 18 hour shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity which ensures shorter lead times. Here we have the ability to: " Re-build all Motors; Rollers & Elevation Systems. " Re-engineer frames & Handrails. " Replace crucial electronic; mechanical & moving Parts/components. " Re-assemble to ensure accuracy and consistency " Test & conduct our 45 point diagnostics We have in essence perfected the Art of Remanufacturing. Our team of professional technicians ensures that every machine has been remanufactured to highest degree. We spare almost no expense when refurbishing machines and because we work directly with the manufacturers, we use mostly factory original parts on all of the machines. No machine will leave our building unless it is virtually perfect and has gone through 24 hours of diagnostics and testing (tests are conducted post refurbishing, by 3 different technicians and by our head technician, prior to the machine being packaged for shipping.) Powder Coating Facility To keep with our Art-of-Perfection approach, we have incorporated a powder coating facility to our ensemble. This 10,000 sq ft. facility ensures that every painted item on any remanufactured machines, have undergone professional powder coating process. This is the only way to bring equipment back to near perfect, "like new" condition. Many competitors choose to “Refurbish” paint equipment with regular spray paint. Beware this method will lead to deterioration of the equipment in no time and will leave equipment looking used and old. Powder-coating is the only way to ensure that "Brand New" look. We are the only company of its kind which has incorporated this process to every aspect of our remanufacturing process.
